The right support begins with understanding what matters to you, how you work, and what will genuinely help.
Hello, I’m Krista
For more than three decades, I’ve helped people bring order, understanding, and steady care to their work.
My experience includes dependable remote administrative support for small businesses and nonprofits, as well as 13+ years studying CliftonStrengths. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach since 2022, I help individuals, families, and teams gain clarity, build on their natural strengths, and move forward with confidence.

My top strength
I believe people, purpose, and possibilities are rarely separate. My work is often about seeing the thread between them—and helping you see it, too.
How I work
The right support begins with understanding what matters to you, how you work, and what will genuinely help.
I look for the abilities, relationships, and resources that are already present, then help you build from there.
Thoughtful structure turns good intentions into a path you can trust and follow with confidence.
Personal note
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been spending a lot of time working behind the scenes on my website. More than anything, I wanted it to finally reflect my heart and the reason I chose Encouraging Connection as my business name.
There’s actually a little play on words in the name.
Of course, I hope I’m known as an encouraging person. 😊 But I also want to encourage connection... connection with ourselves, with each other, with trusted resources, and with our deeper purpose.
As I’ve been building this website, I realized those four connections really capture the heart behind everything I do. When we have clarity in those areas, we have more room for what matters most.
While I offer remote administrative partnership and Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coaching, those really aren’t my identity. They’re simply two of the ways I get to serve people.
If you know anything about CliftonStrengths, my #1 strength is Connectedness, so this business really reflects how I’m naturally wired. I love helping people discover how God uniquely created them. I love connecting people with resources they didn’t know existed. I love bringing calm to the details so someone else can breathe a little easier. And I love creating opportunities for people to learn, grow, and flourish together.
When someone walks away from interacting with me, I hope they feel a little more encouraged, a little more connected, and a little more hopeful than when we first met.
That’s the heart behind Encouraging Connection.
